One of the most influential and experienced printmakers working in the UK, Kip Gresham has been involved as a director in the running of prominent studios such as Curwen Chilford and Gresham Studio. He is now Director of The Print Studio, Cambridge, a collaborative printmaking enterprise. The studio is truly experimental in its outlook, more laboratory than factory and embraces the best of both the new and old technologies.
Over his career as a printmaker, Kip has worked with major artists such as Elisabeth Frink, Peter Blake, Eduardo Paolozzi, Terry Frost and John Hoyland. In addition to this collaborative work, Kip is also an exhibiting artist, with a list of solo shows stretching back to the 1970s and works with a variety of mediums.
