TUTOR: Andy Griffiths

Andy Griffiths is Head of Fine Art Sculpture, West Wales School of the Arts, Carmarthen. He has a BA(hons) from the Central School of Art and Design (1983-1987).

His experience includes: Foundryman and self-employed artist, A&A Fine Art Foundry, Limehouse, London, 1988-1993; US/UK Iron Casting Residency, Berlanderri Sculpture Workshops, USK. 2003; Built Y-Ddrai Goch (The Red Dragon) an iron Cupolette, winter 2005; Symposium, Welsh and American artists sand moulding residency.

Feb. 2006; Ironbridge International Cast Iron Art Conference, Ironbridge, March 2006; Summer School: ran the first iron casting summer school at the West Wales School of The Arts, July 2006.
