COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Students will be given the opportunity to paint the Dartmoor landscape. The beginning of the course will consist of walks and sketchbook work in order to become familiar with the Dartmoor environment. Decisions will then be made about the subject matter that inspires you and then painting begins. Students will be supported with one to one tuition and group discussions.
Students will gain a deeper understanding of painting with oils, skills in developing their ideas and increased confidence and enthusiasm.
Materials will be provided but students are encouraged to bring their favourite paints and brushes.
